Bray Wyatt Was Absent From WWE Live Event At Madison Square Garden

Bray Wyatt was slated to work Sunday’s WWE live event at Madison Square Garden in a match against LA Knight, but was absent from the show. Braun Strowman replaced him at the event.

Wyatt has been away from WWE television for the last few weeks. He is expected to wrestle Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania 39 next month, but the company has mostly relied on Uncle Howdy and Lashley to build up the match.

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio today that Wyatt not being used on television is “interesting,” especially as WWE is in the middle of WrestleMania season.
