Rey Mysterio will soon become a WWE Hall of Famer.
On Friday night’s episode of WWE SmackDown, it was announced that the master of the 619 would be the first inductee into the 2023 WWE Hall of Fame class. Previously, there had been rumors that Dave Bautista would be this year’s headliner.
Following the announcement, Rey came to the ring. He was interrupted by his son Dominik, who said he was ashamed that Rey was his father and claimed he didn’t deserve the induction.
