Brock Lesnar has moved on from his rivalry with Rey Mysterio and his son Dominick. The WWE Champion took quite a beating at Survivor Series and there were teases of him possibly being upset by his challenger. Now that his current storyline has wrapped up, it seems Lesnar will be taking another hiatus.

According to Dave Meltzer and Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Lesnar is expected to be off of TV until January 2020. The next big event in WWE happens to be the Royal Rumble in January. That gives WWE roughly two months to build up his next challenger and give it a big-match feel.

There are a few notable names floating in the mix to face Lesnar come the Rumble. Tyson Fury has been named a few times, as he stated he would flatten the Beast if he even faced him. AJ Styles dropped the US title and it could have been done to free him up for Lesnar.

People will be up in arms over Lesnar being off-air once more. At this point, it’s nothing new. Lesnar was on weekly TV for a decent time and WWE keeps him off of TV to make it more special when he arrives.
