As we reported last night here on eWn, New Japan Pro Wrestling announced at their “NJPW Strong” TV tapings in Philadelphia, PA that former WWE Superstar Buddy Matthews (Buddy Murphy) will be making his official debut with the company at next month’s Battle in the Valley event.
Earlier today, NJPW officially confirmed the news via Twitter. Matthews was released from WWE back in June.
NJPW Battle in the Valley will take place on November 13 at the San Jose Civic in San Jose, California. Tickets for the event are now on sale at Ticketmaster.com.
