According to a report from the Cobb County Government website in Georgia, Buff Bagwell was involved in a serious car accident on Sunday and has been hospitalized. The report notes that Bagwell was taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital with serious injuries. Bagwell was driving a black 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe and lost control while going around a curve. He then collided with the center median and a metal fence. He then hit another curb before colliding with a “free-standing bathroom” at the Cobb County Transit bus station.
As of now, the Cobb County Police Department Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) Unit is investigating the accident. They believe that Bagwell was under the influence of prescription medication. Anyone with information or who saw the accident can call investigators at 770-499-3987.
