Current WWE NXT Superstar Cameron Grimes is perpetually headed to the moon. But a new report from Wrestling Observer Radio says that he might soon be headed for the main roster. According to Dave Meltzer, there has been talk within WWE of bringing Grimes up to RAW or SmackDown.
This rumor has persisted since last month, when it was reported that Grimes could be making future appearances on RAW. At the time, Grimes was appearing on the show to look for help in his fight against Joe Gacy. He found unlikely allies then with the OC (AJ Styles, Karl Anderson, and Luke Gallows). It remains to be seen what creative plans might be in place for the master of the Cave In.
Grimes and Gacy will square off once again on tonight’s episode of NXT, airing on the USA Network at 8:00PM EST.
