During Wednesday night’s WWE NXT broadcast, Candice LeRae won a battle royal to earn a shot at facing Io Shirai for the Women’s Championship at the next NXT Takeover event, which takes place on October 4th.
LeRae eliminated Shotzi Blackheart to earn the shot.
