Carmelo Hayes Issues A NXT North American Championship Open Challenge

WWE NXT 2.0 North American Champion Carmelo Hayes issued an open challenge on Twitter yesterday. The champion wrote that he planned on continuing his birthday celebration with a successful title defense on NXT 2.0. You can check out his tweet below:
