Jay and Mark Briscoe defeated The Guerrillas of Destiny in a street fight to capture their 11th ROH Tag Team Championship.
The Briscoes also signed new contracts with Ring of Honor. Ring of Honor Originals, they have been with the company since 2002 and at this point, it’s very likely they will never part ways with the company.
On the other hand, The Guerrillas of Destiny losing their championship could be another sign of the relationship between Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro-Wrestling weakening. In September, New Japan will be running many popular Ring of Honor arenas, such as the Hammerstein Ballroom that tonight’s show was held in, and they will be doing so without ROH.
