During Saturday’s WWE WrestleMania 38 (Night One) pay-per-view event, we saw SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair defeat “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey by pinfall.
Rousey had Charlotte trapped in an armbar submission, forcing Flair to tap out. However, the referee (Charles Robinson) was knocked out. Rousey broke the hold and attempted to revive Robinson, but was blindsided by a Running Boot to the face by Charlotte, knocking Rousey out cold as Charlotte pinned Rousey to pick up the win.
