On Thursday’s episode of Impact Wrestling, the potential return of Chelsea Green to the company was again teased.
When Tenille Dashwood low-blowed Matt Cardona after a distraction by Brian Myers, Cardona was left wanting revenge on the pair. Later on in the show, Scott D’Amore revealed to Cardona that he has scheduled a match for Dashwood and Myers against Cardona and any female partner he can find for this weekend’s Slammiversary pay-per-view. D’Amore would also state that Slammiversary will be a “hot mess”, aka the nickname of Chelsea Green’s Impact gimmick Laurel Van Ness.

Matt Cardona is also the real-life fiancé of Chelsea Green. It is worth noting however, that Green has also previously been teased for a match against Knockout’s Champion Deonna Purrazzo at the show. Green has also stated that she is currently unable to compete in ROH who she recently signed for, this may be a different story in Impact though.
