Ciampa Weighs In On Johnny Gargano Possibly Returning To WWE

WWE RAW Superstar Ciampa has said he’s not entirely sure where Johnny Gargano will wrestle next amid rumors of a WWE return.

Gargano, the first-ever NXT Triple-Crown Champion, left the promotion last December after choosing not to re-sign.

Recently, it has been reported that Gargano is open to a WWE return now with Triple H running both WWE Creative and Talent Relations.

In an interview with Sescoops, Ciampa was asked about his former tag-team partner and rival.

“You’re one hundred percent going to see him [Gargano] in a ring again,” said Ciampa. “I don’t know which ring. I think it’s tough to say.”

Gargano’s final WWE match (to date) was at December 2021’s NXT War Games event, where he teamed with Ciampa, LA Knight, and Pete Dunne in a losing effort against Bron Breakker, Grayson Waller, Tony D’Angelo, and Carmelo Hayes.
