CM Punk Says He’ll Never Return To WWE; WWE May Be Suing Punk Soon

Paul Heyman told Ariel Helwani yesterday on The MMA Hour that CM Punk’s goal in life is to never wrestle again anywhere. Heyman said that CM Punk believes that he will be a failure if he comes back. In wrestling you never say never but Punk is convinced that he’ll never come back.

In WWE they also don’t want him back. There is more talk that there is a legal issue brewing, according to Dave Meltzer in today’s Wrestling Observer Radio. The situation between Punk and WWE is definitely not an amicable situation.

Heyman also talks about TNA. He says that he’s not surprised that TNA is on death’s door because they never branded themselves as something different. Basically, he said that they became WWE lite. He does think they could make a miraculous turnaround.

You can watch the interview with Heyman below. He also talks about whether he thinks Brock Lesnar will fight again, Ronda Rousey, and much more. He joins Ariel at about the 35:00 mark.
