All Elite Wrestling made mention of both The Young Bucks and CM Punk on Wednesday night’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
During the broadcast, it was mentioned on commentary that Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks were the inaugural AEW World Trios Champions. This was shortly before the AEW World Trios Title bout that took place on the show.
Later on in the show, when looking back at a video package showcasing the greatest ROH Champions of all-time, CM Punk was featured. It’s definitely worth noting that there weren’t any edits made to remove Punk. Of course, Tony Khan and AEW’s production team could have easily done that if they wanted to do so.
Prior to Tuesday night’s episode of Dynamite, neither CM Punk nor The Elite have been mentioned on AEW TV since the backstage fight between them following the All Out 2022 media scrum.
