Colt Cabana’s return to AEW TV did not go unnoticed by those working in WWE.
On this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Cabana challenged Ring of Honor World Champion Chris Jericho in a losing effort to the Wizard.
This marked Cabana’s first match on AEW TV in close to a year.
According to WrestleVotes, Cabana’s match against Jericho was noticed by ‘Stamford.’

Cabana worked for WWE briefly from 2008 to 2009 under the name Scotty Goldman.
Before this week, his last match on Dynamite was on the November 24, 2021 episode, in a loss to Bryan Danielson.
