Two-time former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion Dakota Kai has managed to see the funny side of losing the titles on this week’s NXT 2.0.
At NXT Stand & Deliver, Kai and Raquel Gonzalez won the titles from Jacy Jayne and Gigi Dolin on the pre-show but lost the titles in their first title defense.
On Twitter, Kai said that it’s good they held the titles longer than an hour, referencing their first reign as Tag Champions which began and ended on the March 10, 2021 NXT.
