On May 4th, MLW filed a trademark for the name ‘Cesar Duran’. As we’ve been reporting here on eWn, the name will be used for Luis Fernandez-Gil. In Lucha Underground, the character was named Dario Cueto. It is believed that name is owned by Lucha Libre AAA (United States) so they can’t use it.
