New York Post uploaded an article about Billy Corgan being on the verge of purchasing TNA. The article suggests that TNA is worth 40 million, and Dave Meltzer was not happy about this. According to him, no one would ever pay 40 million for TNA. He believe it is more accurately worth 4 million. The New York Post came up on $40 million based upon the publicly traded WWE’s market value of two times revenue. It is worth mentioning that WWE purchased WCW for 2.5 million dollars in 2001.
