We previously reported here on eWn that Dave Sahadi made his return to Impact Wrestling last month. He was working double-duty, doing production work for both MLW and Impact Wrestling. According to a report from Pwinsider, Sahadi finished up for the promotion this month.
Sahadi apparently worked his last MLW TV taping under the impression that he would be allowed to continue working for both promotions. That no longer appears to be the case and he’s now gone from the promotion. According to sources, there is “some unhappiness and resentment” within MLW over the news. Several MLW officials are blaming Impact Wrestling for “pulling” Sahadi from his directing role.
Barrington Hughes and Ricky Martinez are also both gone from MLW. Martinez claimed on social media that he had asked for and was granted his release from the promotion. That doesn’t appear to be the case as he was actually fired. Martinez was part of Salina de la Renta’s Promociones Dorado.
