According to a report from PWInsider, Dean Ambrose will be leaving WWE following WrestleMania.
In the story that was initially broken by, Wade Keller of PWTorch, it appears Ambrose has turned down a five-year contract extension for seven figures. The report claims that he spoke to Vince McMahon personally after turning down the offer to say that he will not be pursuing negotiations.
Ambrose reportedly hates hokey character nonsense and his on-screen persona has gone through a lot of that during his time away from The Shield. Dean’s wife, Renee Young, is in a very good place with WWE.
Reportedly, Dean has enabled himself “do what he wants” as he is very frugal and has made great money in WWE.
