During Sunday night’s AEW All Out 2023 pay-per-view event, The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn defeated Jeff Jarrett, Jay Lethal, and Satnam Singh to retain the AEW World Trios Championship on the “Zero Hour” pre-show.
The finish came when Karen Jarrett used her husband’s guitar. Referee Aubrey Edwards forcibly ejected her from the ring and as she was doing so, Dennis Rodman picked up the guitar and smashed Singh with it which allowed the babyface trio to score the victory.
The Acclaimed have been champions for seven days, having won the titles from House of Black at AEW All In 2023.
