According to a report by Pwinsider, WWE is taking steps regarding Sonya Deville’s return to WWE following her aggravated stalking case. A man was charged with aggravated stalking, armed burglary of a dwelling, attempted armed kidnapping, and criminal mischief after he showed up at her home last August and broke in, allegedly with the intent to kidnap her.
Mandy Rose was deposed for the case on February 3rd. Sonya Deville was deposed on February 13th. The police officers who responded to the 911 call are scheduled to be deposed on February 18th. The kidnapper will be deposed on February 25th and an expert was assigned in order to determine if he is mentally competent to stand trial.
Deville’s restraining order will last against the kidnapper until (at least) the end of the case.
