Tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW will feature a “Trial of Sami Zayn” segment. Zayn will stand before a tribal council to answer for Kevin Owens’ attack on the Bloodline on SmackDown. Originally, there was supposed to be a “Bloodline Acknowledgement” segment on the show. We have details about why the segment was changed.

Originally, there were going to be multiple generations of the Anoa’i family present on tonight’s show. But Afa and Sika were reportedly not ready for the trip, and Rikishi got sick this week. There is no truth to the rumor that the segment changed due to direction from Vince McMahon. It’s also untrue that the segment was changed because The Rock was unable to participate.

Tonight’s episode of RAW will be the 30th anniversary show. Several legends are scheduled to appear including Ric Flair, The Undertaker, Hulk Hogan, and others.
