One of the questions from fans online in recent days was about the status of the upcoming New York City tapings next month. There was some speculation that since the company may be dropped from Spike TV that it would not make sense for them to go ahead with the next set of TV tapings. Dixie Carter confirmed that they will be taping in New York City next week. If TNA is not able to secure a new deal then next week’s shows may be the last TV tapings for TNA. It will be interesting to see how the fans react at those shows. The talent was told a few weeks back to expect an announcement at these tapings so there is a lot of pressure on the company to pull through.
