According to sources, DJZ’s contract with iMPACT! Wrestling expired today (Monday, December 31st) and he is now a free agent. DJZ debuted with iMPACT! Wrestling on June 23rd, 2011 as Zema Ion, back when the company was known as TNA Wrestling. He then worked a three-way X-Division match against Dakota Darsow and Federico Palacios. He signed with the company the following day.
DJZ already has several indie dates scheduled, including AAW in Chicago and “Without A Cause” in Washington.
