Edge made an epic return at the 2020 WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view event, and Dolph Ziggler played a large part in his comeback.
The Rated-R Superstar made his return to action at the event, almost nine years after announcing his retirement.
In the Men’s Rumble, Edge would deliver a spear to Dolph Ziggler, who according to former WWE producer Lance Storm, was hand-picked for the spot.

While WWE did not catch Edge’s first spear back on the live-broadcast, subsequent showings of the 2020 Royal Rumble include the spot.
Edge has since competed for WWE a handful of times each year, and headlined WrestleMania 37 in April 2021.
