Eddie Kingston recently deactivated his Twitter account, prompting speculation that it was due to his positive COVID-19 diagnosis. However, the AEW/ROH wrestler took to Instagram to clarify that he left the platform in solidarity with former AEW Women’s World Champion Riho, who has been subjected to consistent online harassment.
Kingston posted an image of Terry Funk with a message superimposed over it to explain his decision, also calling the former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion the G.O.A.T.
