During Sunday’s WWE WrestleMania 38 (Night Two) pay-per-view event, Edge defeated AJ Styles after countering the Phenomenal Forearm with a Spear. Before AJ could attempt to execute the forearm, Damian Priest appeared at ringside to distract Styles, giving Edge an extra couple of seconds to regroup and connect with a Spear to AJ in mid-air.
After the match, Damian Priest would stand face to face with Edge, and both men laughed as Priest would align himself with the former “Rated R Superstar” and the duo would walk out of the arena together. This is the start of a new faction that is planned featuring Edge, Priest, and likely at least one other name.
