WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff will be stepping back into the ring later this year in his first official match in over a decade.
While best known for his roles as a commentator and general manager, Bischoff does have some matches to his name, facing the likes of Shane McMahon, Eugene, John Cena, and Theodore Long.
Speaking on the latest edition of his After 83 Weeks podcast, Bischoff confirmed his in-ring return will take place next month.
“I’m going to be wrestling on a card in Florida on February 11. Wes Brisco, my son [Garrett Bischoff,] myself, and Jerry Brisco all on the same card. All I’m telling you is February 11 is going to be a big damn deal.”
Bischoff’s most recent match took place on the April 18, 2012 edition of TNA IMPACT! where he defeated fellow non-wrestler Jeremy Borash.
