EVOLVE Champion Austin Theory has called out former WWE Champion John Cena as he has issued a challenge to Cena for a match. It all started once EVOLVE Wrestling released this video of Theory talking about his future with the promotion.
Theory’s next match has been booked as he’ll take on NXT star Johnny Gargano at EVOLVE 119 on January 18th. Here is what he had to say:
“How about a question that’s on everyone’s mind: Who’s going to challenge me for the Evolve Championship in 2019? Nobody,” Theory stated. “And how long am I going to have this title? Until the day I walk into TakeOver. John Cena, I heard you’re trying to pass the torch. Well, you know how to get in contact with me.”
