EVOLVE Core Roster Update, Roderick Strong Returns to EVOLVE

Roderick Strong At WWN Seminar/Tryout: NXT Superstar Roderick Strong will be a first-time-ever special guest at the WWN Seminar/Tryout on June 30th in Brooklyn, NY. The Undisputed Era member will share the lessons he’s learned in his storied career with a lecture and in ring seminar. This is open to all wrestlers, referees and managers who have completed a training course. It is an opportunity to get booked in NXT, EVOLVE, SHINE and the other WWN Family promotions. Strong On EVOLVE Events: As you can probably figure out from the above news item, Roderick Strong will also be in action at EVOLVE on June 29th in Queens, NY and June 30th in Brooklyn, NY. We have more NXT talent announcements coming soon. Tickets for both events are now on sale at Etix.com.

New Contract Signing: Congrats to Stephen Wolf on signing a WWN contract. Wolf will be on every EVOLVE event going forward. Wolf was selected after being in last month’s WWN Recruitment Camp. We’ve seen glimpses of Wolf in EVOLVE in the past. Now he’s earned a full time roster spot.

EVOLVE On Viceland Tonight: EVOLVE will be featured in the first episode of the new “The Wrestlers” 10 episode series on Viceland at 10pm tonight. The episode was taped over 2 years ago at EVOLVE 82 and EVOLVE 83. Series host Damian Abraham went behind-the-scenes with a personal look at the EVOLVE crew. This show will give you unprecedented access to road life, the locker room and the figures who drive EVOLVE.

EVOLVE Core Roster: EVOLVE has put together its core roster for the summer. First off, we want to congratulate Shane Strickland. He is Unwanted no more as Strickland is now at the WWE PC. There are rumblings that The Unwanted will replace him. Here’s some other notes on the new EVOLVE Core Roster:

-NXT’s Adrian Jaoude and Babatunde are scheduled for all upcoming events.

-Orange Cassidy will return as a special guest at EVOLVE 132 on July 14th in Melrose, MA.

-Shotzi Blackhart, Natalia Markova, Adrian Alanis, Liam Grey and Harlem Bravado will be on some of the upcoming events. They will have opportunities to earn a contract and full time roster spot.

-Signed for EVOLVE on June 29th in Queens, NY, June 30th in Brooklyn, NY, July 13th in Philadelphia and July 14th in Melrose, MA are:
