Vince and Linda McMahon are married but have not lived together in decades, according to former WWE Superstar Rene Dupree.
On Wednesday, it was announced that McMahon is under investigation by WWE’s Board of Directors over an alleged $3 million hush money payment made to a paralegal.
It’s claimed that the paralegal, hired in 2019, had an affair with Vince McMahon and signed a non-disclosure agreement preventing her from speaking about the relationship.
Speaking on his “Cafe De Rene” podcast, Dupree made the startling claim about wrestling’s original power couple. He said,
“I heard that Vince and Linda are still legally married but they haven’t lived together in decades.”
Dupree is best remembered for his time in the heel tag-team La Resistance, and at the time was the youngest person to ever win a championship in WWE.
He was 19 when he won the World Tag Team Titles, a record that was only beaten at WrestleMania 34 when Nicholas, 10, won the RAW Tag Team Titles with Braun Strowman.
