Former WWE Superstar Jaxson Ryker isn’t a fan of the pro-choice shirt worn by CM Punk on last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
During last night’s show, Punk confronted AEW World Champion ‘Hangman’ Adam Page ahead of their title match at Double or Nothing.
The Chicago-Made wrestler wore a shirt reading “Abortion Rights Are Human Rights,” a nod to the recent move in the United States to overturn Roe V. Wade, which grants women complete bodily autonomy.
In a tweet, Ryker referenced his Christian beliefs and called Punk’s actions “truly sad.”
Punk wore a similar pro-choice shirt a few weeks back which led to his name trending on Twitter.
Ryker was released from WWE in November 2021 after earning an “incredible amount of heat” due to comments made about race and the Black Lives Matter movement.
