— The TNA live event in Ontario, California on May 4th drew 1,000 fans. Ticket sales were helped by local star Tara, who did local media and asked for 60 tickets for friends. She ended up defeating Winter in a short match. The May 6th show in Visalia, CA drew 500 fans.

— As of now, TNA’s June Slammiversary pay-per-view from Arlington, Texas is the last TNA pay-per-view or TV show outside of Orlando until 2013. Because TNA can’t make money on a live gate, even this year’s Bound For Glory pay-per-view will be held at the Impact Zone.

— WWE.com has added Rob Van Dam to their Alumni section. The website writes, “Rob Van Dam’s innovative maneuvers, laid back demeanor and airbrushed attire made him ECW’s most popular Superstar of all time, and he later became WWE Champion at a historic contest in New York City. Check out RVD’s career milestones, photos and videos, the latest addition to WWE.com’s Alumni section!” This continues a trend of WWE.com acknowledging former talent affiliated with TNA Wrestling as Sting was added to the section last week and a playlist of Hulk Hogan’s wildest interviews was uploaded. Furthermore, three TNA Wrestling stars who succumbed to Brock Lesnar during his rise to the top of WWE—Jeff Hardy, Kurt Angle and Hogan —were shown in a series of video packages on the April 23 Raw SuperShow.

— Hulk Hogan recently told The New York Post that former WWE stars Chris Masters and John Morrison have been trying to get work with TNA. Morrison has denied this.
