The mini series specifically looks at all kinds of wrestling trading cards; including many hidden gems. We’re interested to know if you have cards of your own, and if you do, please share them with us in the comments. Not only that, but if you own any rare wrestling merchandising we would be intrigued to know.

Superstars On Cards – Episode #6

In this episode, we travel back over 25 years to the mid-90s era of World Wrestling Federation. This is an “Action Packed” branded WWF card sets released in the US, featuring many classic superstars such as Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, Razor Ramon, The Undertaker and much more. These vintage WWF cards feature hot pink and reflective gold with a classic 90s style design. The classic WWF logo is featured at the back of the bottom right of each card, as well as a very 90s looking nameplate. There is a total of only 42 classic wrestling cards featured in this set, in comparison to previous WWF sets featuring a larger quantity of cards.

Despite being a smaller card set, the quality differed from the average wrestling card set. Both the 1994 and 1995 WWF Action Packed card sets were printed on much thicker embossed cards. The 1995 WWF set is currently valued at a price point of roughly $75 to $100 for a complete used set depending on condition. This set is not quite easy to find complete. In fact, individual gold Macho Man cards can cost nearly $100 or more. Certain PSA certified cards from this set could possibly be priced much higher than a raw complete set. If you have this card set at home in a box gathering dust in the attic, you might want to preserve it well, as it will surely rise in value over the coming decades. Do you have a favorite card in this set? Please let us know.
