Family Of Car Crash Victim Seeking Over $100,000 From Tammy Sytch

The family of a man who died during a three-vehicle car crash is seeking over $100,000 in damages from WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch.

Sytch was driving her boyfriend James Pente’s car when she crashed into the car of Julian Lasseter (75), who was waiting at a red light, which caused his car to collide with the one in front.

Lasseter was pronounced dead after being transported to a local hospital.

According to court documents, Sytch and Pente have been issued a lawsuit in civil court over the accident by the family of the deceased, claiming Sytch is responsible for auto negligence and Pente with vicarious liability.

The Lasseters are seeking over $100,000 in damages and are actively pursuing a jury trial.

Sytch, Pente, and their legal representation have until May 8, to respond to being served.

As of this time, no criminal charges have been filed against Sytch as police are waiting for a toxicology report to determine if she was driving under the influence.

The former WWE personality and Hall of Famer has been arrested 15 times since 2012, with several DUIs against her.
