– Finn Balor was unsuccessful in last night’s Elimination Chamber match. The winner of the bout would go on to challenge Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 34. Balor was the first-ever Universal Champion in WWE history but never lost the title. He was forced to vacate it the night after he won the strap due to an injury. In a post-match interview with Mike Rome, Balor declared his intentions to continue hunting the Universal Title:
– As we’ve previously reported, this year’s 2018 Warrior Award will be awarded to Jarrius “JJ” Robertson during the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony in New Orleans this April. – Due to her recent neck surgery, Paige was unable to compete in the first-ever Women’s Elimination Chamber match last night. Paige’s in-ring career is rumored to be over with WWE due to her history of neck injuries. Paige took to Twitter to comment on missing out on the historic match last night:
