Fans have once again called on WWE to part ways with SmackDown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey.
Rousey returned to WWE TV by winning this year’s Women’s Royal Rumble match and is in her second reign as SmackDown Women’s Champion.
During and after SmackDown, fans on Twitter expressed their hostility to the UFC Hall of Famer, resulting in #FireRondaRousey trending.
I agree… they treat her like a legend soon came to #WWE she’s the female Brock lesnar …she got everything handed to her soon she quit on #UFC she can’t cut promos, can’t wrestle… cut the line of other women who worked harder & been there since day 1 #FireRondaRousey https://t.co/cRgfnLwMRr

Sasha is one of the best but ronda aint shit. No one really likes ronda either. So why keep her, @WWE ? Wwe sends superstars who cant wrestle well to nxt and if they don't improve they get fired. So @WWE , #FireRondaRousey !!! Answer our prayers!! 9/9

This marks the second main roster event in a row that fans have made their voices heard after the hashtag also trended during this week’s RAW.
Rousey did not appear on last night’s SmackDown, but her friend Shayna Baszler defeated Emma.
