In an appearance on NBC channel 5 in Chicago, Mike Adamle stated that he has been diagnosed with dementia. His doctor also believes he is suffering from CTE. He believes the Dementia, along with 19 years dealing with Epilepsy, are because of playing football. He worked as a news anchor and sports broadcaster once his NFL career ended and worked as the host of American Gladiators. Adamle worked for WWE in 2008. He was famous for messing up and botching his lines to the point where WWE turned it into an angle to play along. Despite this, Adamle was said to be a good sport and remained professional through it all.
