Former WWE Superstar Tajiri (The Japanese Buzzsaw) will be returning to WWE this coming spring. The former WWE Superstar tweeted the following (in Japanese), saying that he received the “Okay” from William Regal to announce that he will be making his WWE return in the spring of 2017. Tajiri will work his final match in Japan at the end of December. He also thanked his fans for the last ten years in Japan.
Many of you may remember that Tajiri worked for WWE from 2001 through 2005. He has made sporadic appearances on and off since then. He was also a part of the WWE Cruiserweight Classic, losing in the second round to Gran Metalik.
Tajiri tweeted:
昨日のNXT大阪公演でリーガルGMから「明日から公表してもいいですよ」とのOKを頂きましたので公表させていただきます。来春年明け早々よりWWEに戻ります。12/27金村引退興行を日本での最後の試合とし、鍼灸活動も日本では今月で終わります。皆さま、10年間ありがとうございました!!
