Former WWE Tough Enough Winner Sara Lee Passes Away At Age 30

Sara Lee, who won WWE Tough Enough back in 2015, has passed away at the age of 30.

Earlier today, Lee’s mother Terri took to Facebook to announce that her daughter had passed away.

Lee, whose legal name is Sara Ann Weston, won the 2015 edition of WWE Tough Enough. Prior to entering the competition, she worked as a competitive powerlifter and had no wrestling experience. During the show, she defeated the likes of Mandy Rose, Sonya Deville, Chelsea Green, and Patrick “Velveteen Dream” Clark. In the end, she was named co-winner alongside Joshua “Bronson Matthews” Bredl.

Following the show, Lee had one televised match against Alicia Fox. She continued to train with WWE and worked several live events, but never debuted on NXT TV.

Lee was released from WWE in September 2016. She was married to the Forgotten Sons’ Wesley Blake and they have three young children together.

A GoFundMe has been launched to assist the family of Sara Lee following her passing. You can donate here. The campaign has already garnered $11,032. Some of the top donations include Elias, referee Shawn Bennett, Adam “Braun Strowman” Scherr, Alexa Bliss, Becky Lynch, Cody Rhodes, Matt Cardona/Chelsea Green, and Nattie Neidhart.
