Brandon Graver, better known by his ring name G-Raver, is set to be arraigned next week following his arrest last month on drug and DUI charges.

Pwinsider reports that G-Raver had a hearing before the Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania Central Court on Tuesday morning. The honorable court transferred Graver’s case to the Court of Common Pleas and the independent wrestler was given a public defender. G-Raver’s arraignment is scheduled for January 5, 2023 at 9:00 AM ET.

Last month, Graver was found, along with a man named Barry Leach ‘slouched over’ in a car in Huntingdon County. According to the police, Graver was ‘nodding off’ in the driver’s seat and admitted to snorting 10 bags of heroin. The wrestler, known for his death match work, was given Narcan before getting arrested.

More drugs were found in his 2007 Chevy Equinox when Leach, who was riding on the passenger side, got out of the car. Police found what they thought could be heroin in baggies in his seat and arrested Leach upon discovering paraphernalia on him.

Graver was sent for blood tests at the hospital and the car was seized by the police for an official search. Over 25 grams of possible meth, marijuana, other heroin packets, shrooms, Alprazolam, paraphernalia, and $181 were found by the police.

Graver and Leach were both sent to the Huntingdon County Prison on grounds of felony and other charges. Bail for Leach and Graver were $50,000 and $75,000, respectively.

Graver, who remains incarcerated because of his inability to post bail, has been charged with:

* Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver
* Violation of Hazard Regulation
* Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
* Intentional Possession of a Controlled Substance by Person Not Registered
* Possession of Marijuana – Small Personal Use
* Driving Under Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance
* Failure to Keep Right
* Failure to use Safety Belt – Driver and Front Seat Occupant
* Careless Driving
