WWE Hall of Famer Gerald Brisco has made it clear he’s against Ric Flair competing next month at Starrcast V.

On July 31, Flair, 73, will wrestle in what’s being billed as the final ever match for the 16-time World Champion.

There have been talks about whether Flair can wrestle given his advanced age and history of medical problems.

Speaking to Sportskeeda, Brisco explained why he’s against Flair’s last match:

“He’s got a damn pacemaker and it worries me. I’ve talked to doctors and a certain bump in the wrong direction, or a certain chop or something like that, and that thing can dislodge and he can drop dead. I don’t want to see Ric Flair drop dead. I don’t want to be a part of that. I wish him well.”

When asked, Brisco said he will not be watching the match live.
