On a recent edition of the “Under the Ring” podcast, WWE Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER explained why he wants a match with Brock Lesnar, calling The Beast his “personal end boss.”
GUNTHER said, “You never really know what you get with Brock. It’s definitely a match I want to have and I want to do. I feel Brock is somebody, I just make it my thing, I make him my personal End Boss. That’s the guy that, at one point, I have to step in the ring (with) to validate myself.”
On a recent edition of the “Black Rasslin’ Podcast,” WWE NXT star Lash Legend revealed how Becky Lynch’s brief NXT Women’s Title run has benefited the women’s roster.
Lynch won the NXT Women’s Championship from Tiffany Stratton this past September and lost it a month later at NXT Halloween Havoc.
Legend said, “Anytime you have a title, a lot of responsibility comes with that. Becky held it down. She represented NXT and WWE so well. It was so good to be able to see her work, have her come down to the locker room. She is a wonderful person. We all learned something. That NXT women’s locker room all learned something when she got that title. I saw how she carried it, and I’m ready to carry it, too.”
In response to a fan asking about her status, Nikkita Lyons declared that she will return to WWE programming soon.
Lyons has been sidelined since February as she had to undergo surgery to repair her ACL. She hasn’t wrestled since January 20.
Lyons tweeted, “Will be back soon”
