It’s official.
“Hangman” Adam Page and Bryan Danielson will run it back on the first edition of AEW Dynamite of the New Year.
It was announced on the AEW Dynamite: Holiday Bash 2021 special event on Wednesday night that the Page-Danielson rematch for the AEW World Championship will kick off the TBS era of AEW Dynamite.
Scheduled for Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, “Hangman” Adam Page and Bryan Danielson will have a rematch of their initial AEW World Championship showdown, which ended in a 60-minute time-limit draw.
The match will mark the first main event when AEW Dynamite moves from TNT to TBS with their first show on the new network taking place on 1/5.
