According to a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Konnan is doing much better after being hospitalized last month for COVID-19. While he’s not currently in the hospital, he is still on a lot of medication. There is some concern over this due to his immunocompromised status following a 2007 kidney transplant.
Konnan is still having issues with the kidney and will be getting a biopsy done on them soon.
Tuesday night’s episode of AEW Dark drew 332,500 viewers on YouTube.com. The Thunder Rosa vs. Nyla Rose match in the finals of the United States bracket in the Women’s Title Eliminator Tournament drew 173,485 viewers. The third show of the Japan bracket currently has 194,423 views. And lastly, the latest Being the Elite has 170,612 views.
