Former WCW, AAA & TNA/Impact Wrestling alumni Konnan is still awaiting a kidney transplant and is in serious need of help. There are two possible donors, one of which is currently overweight and therefore cannot be used until the weight is lost. The second donor lives in Mexico but is a registered United States citizen and is going through the testing process to determine if he’s compatible. Right now, it’s a wait-and-see in terms of both cases to determine how things are going to play out for Konnan.
Konnan is hoping to be well enough to travel to the next AAA tapings.
