Wrestling stars Heath and “Smart” Mark Sterling appeared together at a K&S WrestleFest virtual signing where they discussed potential returns to WWE, Swerve Strickland, and more.
Sterling was asked about representing anyone else in AEW. Sterling currently manages the Varsity Athletes (Tony Nese & Josh Woods), and serves as Jade Cargill’s lawyer. Smart Mark seemed open to any opportunity, as long as it isn’t Swerve Strickland.
Said the kayfabe lawyer: “Honestly, I go where the money goes. Whoever wants me, except for Swerve Strickland, I’ll represent anybody in AEW. I would be willing to represent Wardlow if he asked. Wardlow, let me help you out.”
As for Heath, a fan asked if he could see himself returning to wrestle for WWE. Heath joked that if someone backed up a truck full of cash, he’d consider it. The former Tag Team Champion stated, “No, sorry bub… Oh, yeah. I’d go back for millions of dollars. I’d probably go back for a year or two for my previous salary. It was alright. But no, I’m having fun right now.”
