Hiromu Takahashi is interested in a match with Ace Austin for the Impact X-Division Championship.
Based on several tweets that took place over the weekend, Impact Wrestling EVP Scott D’Amore seems to be down with the match taking place.
For those unaware, Takahashi defeated X-Division Champion Ace Austin at the Best of the Super Juniors 29 (Night 5) event.
Following the show, Austin took to Twitter and said the two men “will meet again.”
Takahashi wound up rewteeting Austin’s post and added the following,
“A man never breaks his word, right?
I want your belt!”
D’Amore later chimed in, saying,
“Well @TIMEBOMB1105, there is an open door for you to walk through. Come step in an @IMPACTWRESTLING ring anytime. Your title shot awaits…”
