Hiromu Takahashi has returned to New Japan Pro Wrestling, making a surprise appearance at NJPW Power Struggle.
Takahashi has been out of action since July 7, 2018, when he suffered a broken neck forcing him to vacate the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship.

Following Will Ospreay’s victory over BUSHI at NJPW Power Struggle, Ospreay called out anyone to face him, Takahashi would accept the challenge.
Will Ospreay will defend the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship against Hiromu Takahashi on January 4th at Wrestle Kingdom 14.
